  blood stains on mattress, furnitiure old and very stained, ac vents full of hair and dirt preventing air flow (according to the ac mechanic who showed up), frig looks like it's 50 years old LITERALLY, rusted and the doors don't fully close. And worst of all is Picard Realty.
  I gave the agent on site a list of these problems (and more) and that we wanted a partial refund. She acted like no problem but reported that the Picard manager was on vacation (I don't believe it) so she would call me in a few days. There was no call and no return call to the messages that I Ieft.
  
  Don't stay here! It's GROSS ( tiny filthy fans in hot elevators that smelled like fish :(
  We were in room 703 - most uncomfortable - threw towels on furniture before sitting on it.
